I had booked 90min waiting 'Fast Track' service. The service coordinator did not seem to be familiar with the offer, said it would take 120mins, and it ended up taking 165 mins.

I booked it 2 months in advance and told its going to be finished 2-4 hours long job and choose an early morning time. But it took till 16.45 and spend the all day around in a cold winter day. Not great service at all.

Certain items were ticked on the checklist which I don't believe were checked. My windscreen washers are not working properly but were ticked as being ok, and my front tyre has a hole in it which was not reported.

The issues with my vehicle have required multiple visits to Bavarian over the past 7 weeks. In that time the team have been proactive in keeping me updated with the status of my vehicle and always happy to answer any queries I may have.

Driving down the road away from garage my car gave a warning that it needed Adblu. Pretty basic check which I'd expect to be included in a £900 service.

There was a 5 week difference between the estimated delivery date and the actual delivery date but otherwise the vehicle and financial advice provided, and the efforts of the sales team were excellent.
